WAIRARAPA.
This day. The Standard says it has authority for stating that Ministers bare in contemplation the publishing twice daily, for the benefit of the morning and evening papers, and for transmission throughout the Colony, a "Government Circular" giving briefly an account of all the business transacted during the day. The first number will probably be issued on the return of the Premier to Wellington.
