WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq., Warden.) MCILHONI T. JOT. This was a plaint brought against the defendant by the Inspector of Miners' .Rights for depasturing a bull without a license at Tararu. , r :r r t Defendant pleaded guilty.' He said the bull was a quiet animal. J. Gardner deposed that Joy's bull was very dangerous, and took other cattle away. - His Worship said he had heard frequent complaints about the bull. Defendant would be fined 20s, and costs £2 18s. Court adjourned.
