The army estimates show an increase of four hundred and fifty thousand pounds. : Namyk Pasha goes on a special mission to St. Petersburg to obtain a modification in the terms of peace, some of which aro considered harsh. • Servet Pasha has been dismissed from the foreign office. ■ Pecci's election as Pope is generally approved.
