The Daily Telegraph announces that the British fleet passed the Dardanelles yesterday afternoon. In the House of Lord? Karl Derby conOrmcd the arrival of the British fleet at Stamboul. He had notified to Gortsehakoff that ifc would not justify Russian occupation. February 15. A portion of the fleet are in afc Gallipoli. Five Austrian war ships have arrived at the LevauJ;. Sir John Lowfchev has been appointed Secretary for Ireland. Tho Prince pf Wales has started for Berlin to attend the royal marriage. The Turkish parliament have dissolved.
