Mfiboubnjb, Thursday. The address-to the Queen was adopted by 56 to 24. Mr Ber y, the Premier, declared it was as unlikely the payment of members would be taken from the Appropriation Bill as that the sun would be blotted out from the heavens.

The New Zealand exhibit! are a greal success at the Goldsborough wool exhibition.
The prospect of war with Itussia has created much anxiety. Active preparatisns for the defence of the port are being pushed a head.
