At the West Melbourne election, Sir Bryan O'Loughlin has been returned with a majority of ninety. It was all quiet till after the poll, when a crowd of several thousand persons proceeded to the Argus office, broke the windows, and yelled and hooted. They did the same at the Telegraph office. Two constables on duty at the Argus office were much in* jured by the road metal.
