When a householder knows that a person within tho house occupied by him is taken sick of t mall-pox, cholera, or any other highly irifee: tious disease dangerous to the people, ho shall immediately give nolico thereof to the Local Board of thn District in which lie dwells. If ho refuses or neglects to give such notice he ehull forfeit a sum not exceeding ten pounds. It shall bo the duly of the medical practitioner , in attendance on Buch case to state to the householder, as early bb possible, the infectious noturo of bucli ' ' disease. And notice is hereby given that Parents j of all children who have had SCAR LAi TINA or any OTHEK INFECTIOUS ' DISEASE are directed to obtain from the Medical Officer to the Board of Health, Thames, or from any other duly qualified Medical man, a certificate that their children are free from any su.ch disease,bofore sending them to any School.
