THIS DAY. (Before H. Goldsmith and E. W. Puckey, Esqs., J'h.P.) pHUNKBNKESS. Ono individual was charged with drunkenness, yesterday, but failing to appear his bail was forfeited. ■WANDEBIN& SWINE. David Iteddy was charged with unlawfully allowing two pigs to wander at large in Karaka road, on the 15th inst. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 2s and costs Court adjourned.
