RUBSO-TURKISH WAR,

The Eussians took eight thousand prisoners and ninety guns at the surrender of Nissa.
Antivari surrendered on Thursday with twenty-eight thousand men and - one thousand and ninety-two guns.
The town of Shipka was also captured.
It is probable that Adrianople wi!l be abandoued, and the Turks retreat on the lines of Tchekmedcha.
The civil government of Adrianople has been removed to Bodosteh.
It is alleged that the Eussian military authorities are averse to the armistice proposals, having in view the occupation of Adrianople and Gallipolis.
England' protested against the nonfulfilment of an armistice, and proposes that an order be sent to the Eussian Com-mander-in-chief to treat for an armistice without previous stipulation or any reference to peace conditions.
The Daily News regards this as the beginning of an intrigue to involve England in the war.
Three Cabinet Councils have been held this week.
A change of ministers in Greece is probable.
