And I do further gire notice that at such election it shall be competent for any person who shall hats paid port, harbour, pilotage, and wharfage dues and charges, in respect of the Fort of Thames, to the amount of not lets than two pounds sterling during the year preceding the day of election, to nominate aay number of persons not exceeding three to the laid office.
