PRINCE ALPFED BATTERY.

Crushing has been stopped 'at this battery for a day or so in consequence,of a slight breakage in the machinery. This .will be remedied by, the beginning of the week, when crushing .will, bet resumed. The Caledonian parcel has been in process of treatment, and is shaping for about three-quarters of an ounce per ton. The, exact size of this crushing, is not known, as stuff is still.being broken.st the mine. Another small party have a parcel at the mill, and the Cure and Goldea Crown \ expect to be -using the stampers next week. - - •
