TIMARU.
This day. The Hon. E. W. Stafiord has written to say that he will meet his constituents next week. He has been invited to attend the festivities on the tenth of July connected with the opening of the new Town Hall. There is to be a public ball and banquet. The new railway tariff creates dissatisfaction.
