The Stock Exchange, June 23rd. A fair amount of business has been transacted during the week. Moanatairis have steadily advanced from £8 5s to £9, at which prices a good many shares have changed, bands, closing in demand at £3, sellers about £9 ss. Kuranui Hill United have improved; sales from 28s to 30s, and back to 295, sellers 29s 6d at the close. Alburnia.—Sales from 58s to 55s to 57s 6d, closing with buyers 575, sellers 58s. Caledonians have advanced from 88s to 100s, with strong buyers at the latter figure; shareß scarce. Cures also Bhow an improvement; sales iiom 6s to 8s 3d, and bare buyers Bs, Bellers 99. Red Queen. —A few shares have changed hands at 3s. Piako. —Dull; sales 10s to 9s. City of London. — Sellers 10s, buyers 8s; no sale reported. Queen of Beauty.—No transactions; sellers 235. Waiotahi. —Sales 26s and buyers 265. Waifcekauris bave declined; sales from 16s to 15s, and close dull, sellers 15s 6d. Welcome. —A few lots have changed hands from 5s to 5s sd, sellers 5s 6d, buyers about 5s 3d. Tokatea. —Business at 11s 9d to 12a. South British Insurant I.—A few pales at 975. National Insurance Company and Colonial Bank wanted; no declared se.lers. John H. Saxmon, Chairman.
