Any such instru ment, moreover, so signed, is absolutely void and inoperative, and dees not divest the transferor of big interest therein, but he remains liable thereon as if he had nnver disposed of the flame. If the transferor be a licensed sharcbroker, his license is forfeited on conviction, and thereafter he is disqualified from acting as a broker, or from having a fresh license issued to him.
