Russians on the Retreat. A Military Levy of 250,000 Men. Singapore, June 13,11.15 p.m. Mukhtar Pasha's despatches report that the Russians are retreating between Kara and Erzerouin.

Olti has been abandoned and retaken by the Turks. A general rising at Candiais expected. The Russiau Government have ordered a military levy of two hundred and fifty thousand men. There arc insurrectionary agitations at Epirus and Thcssally.
