THE SECOND ADVENT.

• l ' • 1

(To the Editor ef the Evening Star.) Sib,—Mr Lewis last- evening told us that he had not decided upon a subject for next Tuesday. Allow me through the columns of your journal to suggest that hia subject be the second advent of chbist. All Christians are agreed that there must be a second advent, their only difference of opinion being as to its time and purpose. If he decides upon that subject he may expect a crowded hall, so great is the desire of Christians in general, just now, to know the truth upon that matter of which the Scriptures say so much.—Yours, &c, A. Connon. Grahamstown.
