The length of »uch Bice is 8(0 yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is north-east and south-vest. The mean breadth and depth of such Race is two feet by nine inches. It is capable of carrying two sluice, heads of water, and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each which it is proposed to appropriatei is two* NOTICE is therefore given, that on the 10th day of Jv\y, 1877, a License may be granted to the above-named Phoenix Gold Mining Company .
