He trusts that the character of his business dealings daring the past seven* teen years in Auckland will be calculated | to give his friends confidence in him, in the all important matter of Good And Pure Seeds, Manukes, &c. The business will be conducted with integrity and despatch, both Nurseiy and Seed Departments being under his personal supervision. He is a Seed Grower, as well as Importer, and excellency in quality will be his first consideration, and current rates will be adhered to. AMIES PATENT CHEMICAL \ MANURES. ; Fob Ail Soils, Crops, Ahd Climates.

These Manures have been proved by careful experiments extending ' over ' a period of from three,to four years, to be one of the most remarkable and useful discoveries of modern times ; and all who have-tried them testify to their excellence and superiority over Guano, and all other known Manure and Fertilizers. In Horse-beans, about' 50 bushels to the acre is considered' good, but with this manure oVer "75 bushels Lave' been reaped, and in many other, items equally good results. . The manure is easily applied, and entirely inoffensive in its character, and is suitable for a Lady's Flower Garden, or the Parmer!s Field. C. T.
