There is nothing fresh to report in connection with this mine, as no stuff was to be broken down lo day. The face of the specimen leader looks well. To-day th^ manager started operations oh the specimen leader in the Whau level at the eastern end of Forster's boundary. This ought to considerably effect the price of shares, as it is expected specimen dirt will be to hand immediately. Skeen' crushing terminated on Saturday for the return ©f 14ozs 18dwts gold. 30 tons of stuff were crushed.
