I Mr Judd has how completed his contract for the repairs to the winding enginel of ;this mine, and it must be said that the job has been done in a thorough manner. Jffew pistuns have been.fixed and the and theVslide valves have been made perfect by the removing of the old and replacing of new faces- A trial start was made yesterday, and to-day the manager resumed operations in the mine as before the stoppage.
