General Notices " STAMP ACT, 1875." TRANSFERS OF SHARES. I T is he-eby notified, that, .after (ho Ist o 1 January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Tra» sfera'of Shares is compulsory, but irsnßfers of shares may be stamped aU Stamp Office by the. Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after exeoa t 1 on without a fine. Managers and Secretarieg of Companies Sharebrekers, and o'hers interested, are recommended to forward, without delay, such forms of transfer ns they may require to be impressed, accompanied by the usual requisiion and receipt from the Bank of New Zealand for amount thereof, leas the authorized discount.
