The Payment of every Policy is guaranteed by the Colony. Participation in Pronto is authorised by the Legis lature to be given to Policy-holders. 2- Premium rates are lower than those of Private Companies. 3—No Policy or Medical Fees j charged. 4—All Policies are non-forfeit- j able after one full annual payment to the full exhnt oi their value, uuder a sprcirtl regulation providing for the continuance in for^e of evory Policy for fho original .amount, until the surrender-value of the Policy is erhausted in payment of premiums. s—Absolute Security from Loss -—Insurer*, nfte'r having pud three full annual premiums, are guaranteed a Qash surrender value of not Jess than.4o per cent, ol the paid-up premiums ; and if for any reason the premiums ore not paid when due, a paidup Policy will be issued, generally equal in amount to the premiums paid, and often. much in excess. 6—Thirty days of grace are aibwod on all Renewal Premiums* ~ 7 -Liberal conditions as to travel ling and residence.. . B—Policies protected from Bankruptcy .—An Insurance Policy effected by the Insured, lenajide on his own life, *Ts protects from bankruptcy or insolvency laws.to a certain amount, which increases with its durntion. "Thus, after it has endured for two years, it. is protected to the extent of £200; after fivo years, to £500; after seven years, .to £1000; after ten years, to £2000. This protection npplies only in favour of the personal representative of the Insured. 9—Married women may effect Policies, dispose of the money by vrill, ns if single; and their Policies are protected from the debts of; their husbands, according to duration, to amounts similar to those stated above, io~Settlement Policies — Policies effected' for the benefit <of the wife and children of the Insured ar«> absolutely pro-' tected from the claims of creditors to.Jibe' extent of £2000, providi d that the premiums are payable during life, or any period not lees than eeveo years.
