The monthly cleaning up and retorting took place at the company's battery today for the highly satisfactory return of 2020zs lldwts melted gold. For this yield 79 tons have been crushed, the stuff having been taken from Nos. 4 and. 5 lodes. The winze connecting the lower level with the one above it has been holed through into the rise from the bottom level, and the ventilation is good.
