O'Shea this morning, Mr Schultze de-, clined to guarantee 7s 6d in the £, 6s down and 2s 6d secured by deed of conveyance of property settled on the debtor's wife, to which the solicitor < advised ho legal title could be obtained, It was resolved by a krge majority; t|«it O'Shea should file a declaration of bankruptcy.
