Energetic G.M.Co. An extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of this company was held at Mr Wildmari's office last eTening. . There was a fair attendance, and Mr A. Porter was voted to the chair. - The following gentlemen were elected directors : — Messrs H. McCade, S. Bawden, John Endean, A. Porter and A. H. Clark.
