Wickham for a license to construct * Water Race for Mining purposes at Tairua, commencing at termination of the Ajax Or M Co.'s Water Race, and terminating at a point about 200 yards below the Tairutj Company's old battery site on main Creek. The length of such Race is three-quarters of a mile or thereabouts, and its intended course is south-east and north. The mean breadth and depth of such Race is two feet bj eigh« teen inches.
