The new Ministry consists of—Mr Berry, Chief Secretary and Treasurer; Mr French, Attorney-General; Mr Longmore, Minister of Lands, Labor, Customs, and Postmaster; Mr W. C. Smith, Minister of Mines and Education; Mr Wood, Minister of Railways; Mr Patterson, Minister of Works; Mr,. Grant, Minister of Justice.
The brig Emily Smith, bound from King George's sound to Adelaide; was .wrecked on the Sout'.i Australian coast; twenty-one persons'were drowned.
