THIS DAY. , : (Before Jackson Keddell, Esq., R.M.) STE'AT COWS. James Morrow was charged with allowing two cows to wander at large in Sealey street, Thames, on the 13th inst. No appearance of defendant, Constable Cleary stated he had served the summons, and had-been told by defendant's wife, that he . (defendant) would not appear, but would send the money to defray fine, etc. Mr Bullen said he thought he was justified in asking for a warrant of apprehension in view of defendant's contempt for the documents of the Court. Warrant ordered to issue.. i
