By striking out the words " may be a . director " from the Ist rule, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words " holding one hundred shares in this Company, or in any incorporated Company holding shares in this Company, may be a director." Rule 6 shall be rescinded, and in lieu thereof " at the general meeting to be held in the /ear 1878, two of the directors shall retire, such two, unless the directors agree among themselves, to be determined by ballot, and in every subsequent year the two directors longest in office to retire.
