WAITEKURI COMPANY.
A meeting of the directors of this company was held to-day, when accounts to the amount of £841 12s 5d were passed for payment, and a dividend of one shilling per share declared payable, which will absorb £1012 10s. In addition to these sums £545 19s 7d was part to Messrs Brown and Bleazard as the percentage on the battery,- and:there is a sum of £341 still left to the credit of the company. This, exhibits a-very-satisfac-tory state of things, which, it is hoped, will be improved upon./ v
