The series of trial crushing!* from various parts of the mine were completed at Bull's battery to day for the return of GOozs 3dwts gold. The eight load parcel taken from the bottom of the winae: on the cross reef- yielded at the rate of 2ozs 3dwts to the load. The 22 loads obtained whilst sinking the winze yielded at the rate of lOdwts to the load, ans a parcel of 4*) '°ads from, the. No,. 4 reef resulted -in an average of lldwts to the load. TJio results .. of , these crushings may bo considered, pretty satisfactory, especially that, of the parcel from the bottom of the winze.
