Tlte Payment of evcrs Policy is ffiiarnnteed by the Colony. Participation in Profit* is aiithoriaed by the Legie luture to be given to Policy-holders. 2- Premium rates are lower than those of Private Companies. 3—No Policy or Medical Fees charged. 4-All Policies are non-forfeit-able after one full annual payment to the full extent of their value, under a special regulation providing for the continuance in force of every Policy for tbo original amount, until the Burrender-Yslue of !the Policy is.ex-1 hausted in payment of premiums. . . - 5-Absolute Security from Loss —Insurers, after having paid three full annual premiums, are guaranteed » cash earrender value of not less than 40 per ; cont. of the paid-up premiums ;■ and if for any reason the premiums ere not paid when due, a paidup Policy --Will be .ießtied, genorally equal in amount to the premiums paid, and often much in excess. . . 6—thirty days of grace we allowed on all Renewal Premiums. 7—Liberal conditions a» to travelling and residence. B—Policies protected from Bankruptcy. —An Insurance Policy effected by the Insured, lenajlde on his own life, is protected from bankruptcy or insolvency laws to a certain amount, -which increases with its duration. Thus, after it has endured for two years, it is protected to the extent of £200 j after five yeara, to £500} after seven years, to £1000; after ten years, to £2000. This protection applies only in fnyour of tbe personal repreaentative of the Insured. 9—Married women may effect Poli cies, dispose of the money by will, as if single; and their Policies are protected from the debts of their husbands* according to dura-, tion", to amounts similar to thoße stated above. 10—Settlement Policies-—Policies effected for ■ the benefit; of the wife and Children of the Insured are absolutely protected from the claims of creditors to tbe extent of £2000, provided that the premiums are payable during life, or any.period not less than seven years. If apportionment is not made at Jbhe time, it can be subsequently made by will. 11—Probate, &c.j dispensed with —When a claim under a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of '- Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. ■ ", 12—Prompt payment of Claims and no discount charged. .-.-■•■.> W.
