Landers and party, the tribnters, completed a crushing of 24 loads at the Xuranui battery yesterday for. the satisfactory return of 33 ounces gold. About half of the above return was the result of the crushing ©f some 8 or 9 loads of stuff taken from a small leader which yielded »t the rate of 2 ounces to the ton. The remaining 16 loads were* taken from the winze in the main reef, and though it has npf as well as the smaller parcel, yet iffs a very good return and makes the total, yield one of the best obtained by this party for some time.
