IT is hereby notified, that, after the Ist o January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, bat transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execu ton without a fine.
