Waitekaubi, Thia day noon. WAiTEKAirar.—A fine show in the mine. In the intermediate level, the reef ii very solid, 18 feet thick and well opened out for forty feet on each side of the winze. The crushing is looking well for an ounce and a-half to the ton. They have 2000 : ounces of amalgam on hand for six days* crushing, during which 440 tonß were }>ut through. Bulk of crushing stuff is from middle level, b»t it is said bottom level stuff is the belt. The tramway is being pushed ahead.
The Young New Zealand reef is look* ing well, showing gold.
