LeMauquais and party, tributers of No. 2 section, have nearly completed their crushing at the company's battery, and would, probably, have been finished before this had not a stoppage occurred to the battery, caused by a failing in the supply of water. The breaking, choking, or wiatpver else it wasi happened just at the junction of the pipe leading into the Moanatairi battery. The expiration of the above party's tribute has now taken place. Mills and party hare also to-day com.
pleted their time as tributers in the above company, aud have now nearly finished their final crushing at the company's battery, which it is expected will be payable.
