IT is hereby notified, that, 'after the Ist o January 1876, the use of Imposed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory; bnt transfers of shares may bo stntnpcd at a Stamp Office by tho Commissioner or « Deputy Commissioner within or.c month after execu t;on without n fiae. Managers and Secretaries of Companies, SharebrokerP, ond ohers interested, are recommended to forward, without delay such forms of transfer as rliey may require to be impressed, accompanied by the usual requisi. tion and receipt from the Bank of New Zealand for amount thereof, less the authorixed discount.
