The races were continued to-day, and the weather was beautiful. - Handicap Steeplechase of 100 soys, 3 miies over fences: Banjo, 1; Zetland, 2; Forest Queen, 3- It was a good race between Banjo and Zetland; time —7 rains. 8 sees.

Forbury Handicap of £150; one mile and a-half: Fishhook, 1; Cloth of Gold, 2; Danebury, 3 ; Titania and Hippocampus scratched. Fallacy looked dangerous at one period of the race, and Danebury and Cloth of Gold ran the Cup winner pretty close; time—2 mins. 44 sees. Queen's Plate : Templeton,-1; Puriri, 2; Punga, 3; betting—3 to 2on Puriri. Delamain declared to win with Templeton. Punga cut out the running, closely followed by Puriri, who came to the front, with x Templeton, at the back of the course, bat was overheated. Puriri also came up, but Templeton won easily : time—4min. 3|sec. Flying Handicap : Fishhook, 1; Dead Heat, 2; Boy Roy, 3. Fallacy, Elfin King, and Bribery were scratched ; betting— 2 to lon Fishhook ; 3 to 1 against the ; Princess Mary ran Fishhook pretty close for some distance, and tho cup winner was twice challenged by Bob Boy and Dead Heat, but he easily shook his opponents off and won by a length ; -time, 2min. 7-a-secs.

The Benevolent Hurry Scurry was won by' Comet.

Consolation Handicap of 70 sors; one mile ; Princess Mary, 6st, 1; Dead Heat, 6st 51b, 2 ; Rob Roy, 7st, 3; Elfin King, 7st 41b; Tadraor, 7st 21b. This was a good race, occupying Imin. 15secs.
