The ship Loch Maree, from Melbourne, Calderon and John Duthie, from Sydney, arrived at London on tho sth instant. Every preparation has been made by Dr Hector, Archdeacon Stock and other gentlemen for a careful observation of the disc of the sun to-morrow, and during the remainder of the week, for the purpose of observing the Transit of Vulcan. If the transit be observed photographs of the sun will be taken.
