The case of JPearson v. the Corporation was continued to-day, and judgment reserved., An injunction has been applied for to compel the Csrporation to'remove the fever hospital from the Town Belt.
The Davenports have accepted a challenge from Captain Barry, who bets £50 that he can tie them so that they cannot free themselves. The test will be made to-morrow^everiing.
An Otago rowing and sailing association, has been formed in Dunedin.
