Claim, £3 15s 9d. Eichard J. Boss, sworn, deposed—l am the person'against whom Bennett obtained a judgment some time ago. I get £2 8s per week. I had a tribute before Christmas in the Old.Whau, but! " jacked it up " with some of the others. I threw it up before I got the summons. I work for'hobody now; '' I got the sack last night. I was working for Mr Le Manquais. I have a wife and family, and lire imny wife's house. No order made.
