TRANSFERS OF SHARES. 1T is hereby notified, that, after the Ist o 1 January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Tracers of Shares is compulsory, bus transfers of shares mny be stamped at a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or' a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execu« t;on without a fine.
