James Gordon, on warrant, was charged that on the 11th day of March at Thames in the County,of Thames be did unlawfully carnally know one Minnie Jackson, - a girl above the age of 10 years and under the age of 12 years. :. . : Mr Macdonald appeared for the accused. ;ii>*Mr Bullen said; that as the accused had only come into the hands of the police late, last night he had not. been able to get all the witnesses.
