TRANSFERS OF SHAREB. 1 T is he-eby notified, that, aftertbe Ist o 1 January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Trai sfers of Shares is compulsory, bat transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Oflice by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execution without a fi'ie. Managers and Secretaries of Companies, Sharebrokerd, and o'hers interested, are re! commended to forward, without delay « uc h forms of transfer .as they may require to be impressed, accompanied by the usual requisi.ion and receipt from the Bank «f New Zealapd for amount thereof, leas (he authorized dibcount. j Information may be obtained at any Stamp Office. r The provisions of the Act relating hereto are as follow j— ; 6 " 47.
