Union Beach.—'694lbs of specimens reported this morning—more expected.
Kapanga.—More gold getting from the various parts of the mine.
Coromandel versus Auckland.—Cricket Match.—Auckland, first .innings,, went out foe forty-one runs. Lublin taking eight wickets for twelve runs. Coromandel went out first innings for seventy-five runs.
There is to be a meeting at the upper township to-night to consider the advisability of merging the Road Board in the County, and working the latter.
Mercury Bay.—The Orpheus arrived; the Ocean has sailed. V
