THIB DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq.; R.M.) WANDERING HORSE. William Parker was charged with allowing one horse to wander at large in Grey street, Thames, on the 15th inst. Defendant pleaded guilty. Fined 23 6d and costs. . ASSAULT. - ; ' Michael Conroy was charged with unlawfully assaulting one James Heron, at Thames, oh the 17th inst.'
