NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Council of the Borough of Thames, held February 15th, 1877, tha following two resolutions were passed :-r— That Byo-law No. 4 as read be adopted. That Bye-law No. 5 be adopted as read.
