Much of this'fictitious stuff is sold in the Auction Rooms of Sydney and elsewhere, and readily finds its way into the back settlements. These are vile frauds, as I do not allow my Medicines even to.be sold; in any part of the United States; they are only made by me at 533, .Oxford street, London.
