McDonald and party, of the Point Russell section, finished their crushing at the Moanatairi battery .yesterday. They obtained the handsome yield of 61ozs (Tdwfs as. the result of the retorting. The* parcel crushed amounted to 48 tons of general stuff. , Roberts and. party, tributers of the No. 3 section, finished a Crushing of about lOcwts of poor selected stuff afc the Moana.
tairi battery to-day, the yield amounting to about 2pzs retorted gold.
