T/ie Payment of evcrs Policy is guaranteed by the Colony. Parti cipatioH in Frofrfs is authorised byth&Legis luture to be given to Policy-holdprs. 2— Premium rates are lower than ihoao of Private Companies. 3—No Policy or Medical Pees charged. 4-All Policies are non-forfeit-able after one full annual payment to the full "extent of their value, under a -special regulation providing for the continuance in force of every. Policy for. the original amount, until the surrender-value of the Policy is exhausted in payment of premiums. s—Absolute Security from Lobs —Insurers, after having paid throe full annual premiums, are guaranteed * cash surrender vnluo of not less than 40 per cent, of the paid-up premiums; and if for any reason the premiums Bre not" paid when due,» paidup Policy will he issued, generally equal in amount to the premiums paid, and often much in*excess. 6—Thirty days of grace we allowed on all Renewal Premiums. ' B—Policies protected from Bankruptcy- —An Insurance Policy effected by the Insured, benajide on his own life, is protectud frdm bankruptcy or insolvency laws to a certain amount, which^ increases with its duration. Thus, after it has endured for two years, it is protected to the'extcrit of £200; after fivo years, to £600; after, seven yoars, to £1000; after ten years, to £2000. This protection npplies } only in favour -of the personal representative of the Insured. 9—Married women may effect Poli cies, dispose of the money by will, as if single j and tbfir Policies are protected from'the* debts of their husbands, according to duration, to amounts similar to those stated above. 1 i 10—Settlement* Policies-—Policies effected for the benefit of the wife and children of-Jhe Insured are absolutely protected from the claims of creditors to the extent of £2000, provided that the premiums are payable during life, or any period not less than eeveo years. If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently made by will. ' * 11—Probate, &c, dispensed with —When a claim under -a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense >ith the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. , 12—Prompt.payment of Claims and no discount charged. , W.
